Ongoing SEO services
Time to move up in Google. Let me help you get there.
I start by checking the health of your website, find the areas that need the most attention and then fix them as part of an ongoing SEO service. I focus on three areas that every bit of search visibility is built on.

Scope of work
Three pillars of SEO
Every campaign I run rests on technology, content and links. Click “Learn more” for the details.
Tech
I make your site faster, cut loading times, fix indexing problems and get the technical SEO right.
Learn more
It does not matter whether your site runs on WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Django or a JavaScript framework such as Angular or React. What matters is how the front end is delivered and rendered for browsers and for Googlebot.
Slow loading, content that search engines cannot reach or a pile of useless URLs can hold your rankings back for years. Sometimes the fix is simple; sometimes it needs a developer’s time.
I diagnose the problems, set the priorities and oversee the implementation. This kind of work can improve your visibility in Google almost immediately.
Text
I match your content to what your users are actually looking for and make sure it covers the right keywords.
Learn more
Everyone says “content is king”, yet most people only think about content in terms of keywords and heading structure.
That is just the tip of the iceberg. Format and presentation matter, so does language that fits your audience, and so does catching problems like cannibalisation, duplication and thin content – pages that offer users very little.
The good news: a lot of content work can now be sped up with AI, as long as an expert stays in charge.
Link
Even a great website can stay buried in Google without a few good links. I build the links that make it visible.
Learn more
Links are still the foundation of long-term visibility. The questions are whether old link building is hurting you today, whether your current links are good quality and properly marked up – and whether you are overpaying for them.
“One strong link beats several weak ones” or “more is better”? It depends on the site. I help you balance spend and quality and build a stable position over the long run.
SEO with SEMURAI
What is SEO, really?
The main rule: you know what you are paying for. Regular summaries show how much time I spent on each task and what it did for your website.
What does SEO actually involve?
It is the process of getting your website higher in Google’s results. My job is to make your offer visible where your customers are searching – on the first page.
No miracles promised
I do not sell quick tricks or “number one in a week”. I rely on strategy, analysis and steady work – which is why the results last.
How I work
I start with an analysis of your site, your competitors and the keywords with the most potential. Then I optimise content and technology and build your site’s credibility in Google’s eyes. Every step is based on data.
No templates
Online shop, B2B company or international brand – the strategy is built around your goals. Every project gets its own plan.
More than a ranking
Good rankings mean real visits, real interest in your offer and new customers. I build visibility that brings measurable results.
Why invest in SEO?
- One of the most effective sources of traffic
- Works around the clock – even on your day off
- Everything can be measured
- Results do not vanish when a campaign ends
Benefits
What you gain from SEO
I could write a long analysis here. Instead, here are the six things every SEO campaign develops as we work together:
More visibility in search
Higher rankings make you easier to find – and traffic to your site grows.
More traffic
More visits mean more enquiries and more sales.
Credibility and trust
A top position in the results tells people your company leads its field.
Long-term results
Rankings you have earned stay with you and bring a steady flow of customers.
Better user experience
SEO work usually improves usability, so visitors stay longer and come back.
An edge over competitors
Good SEO lets you overtake your competitors in Google’s results.

How I work
How I run SEO campaigns
Experience since 2008
I have worked in-house, on contract and on my own projects. I have lived through countless Google updates and changes in the web – and I am ready to help your website too.
Quality over quantity
Content, links and technical work are all done with quality first, so your site builds visibility safely and steadily. As far as I can remember, none of my projects has lost rankings because of a Google update.
Kraków-style budgeting
Kraków is famous for Wawel Castle, the Vistula and looking at every coin from three sides before spending it. That is how I run campaigns: I check that every euro you spend is put to the best possible use.
A personal approach
Some reports look like they came out of a generator. In mine almost every word is written by me – in plain language, about what matters, with no fluff and no filler.
Billing
What goes into an SEO service
I run the campaign on billable hours, split between technical work, content and links. Ongoing work starts from €1,800 per month excl. VAT, plus a separate budget for links and sponsored articles. Don’t need content this month? Move the budget to technical hours or links – you stay in full control of what gets done.

Technical work
Technical hours make many different tasks countable and clear. Instead of long, vague descriptions I tell you straight: the content plan took 2 hours, the site analysis took 20. Technical hours cover things like site analysis, implementing changes, research, content planning and keyword monitoring. You can move part of the link or content budget to extra hours at any time.
Content creation and upkeep
Your content is where users learn the most important things about your business. Good content is also properly optimised and matched to keywords. I can write new texts, but also optimise and expand the ones you already have. Length is counted in characters including spaces – typically per 1,000 characters, roughly a third of an A4 page.
Link profile management
You can get lots of links cheaply – but their quality is often terrible, and the result is either a penalty or no effect at all. I acquire links with at least decent metrics, relevant to your topic and of good quality. Even in smaller numbers they improve visibility in the long run – and they come from places that only gain value over time.
In short
You pay for specific hours and results, you move the budget to wherever it is needed most in a given month, and you can end the contract with one month’s notice.

FAQ
Questions about SEO services
When is the right time to start SEO?
Pretty much any time – ideally from day one, because SEO starts while the site is being built. I have helped brand-new websites, sites that ran for years without any SEO, and sites that had SEO before but without results.
How soon will I see results?
It depends on your industry and how the site is built. Sometimes SEO pays off after the first month, sometimes it takes several. Want an estimate for your case? Get in touch.
How much does it cost?
Ongoing SEO starts from €1,800 per month excl. VAT. On top of that you need a separate budget for links and sponsored articles – I will recommend an amount that makes sense for your market and competition.
How long is the contract?
It is open-ended. I want us to work together for as long as we are both happy with it. There are no hidden costs or catches, and the notice period is a short one month.
Who will I be talking to?
Me. I do not have a sales team or a customer service desk, so please forgive me if I reply a bit later – I answer within 2 business days (CET).
Will links or texts be removed when we stop working together?
Absolutely not! Why would I remove something you paid for? Links, texts and changes on your site stay – unless we agree otherwise at the start.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. I work remotely and in English, and I quote prices in euros. Calls are online, and I am happy to work alongside your marketing team or developers.
How are you different from an SEO agency?
You work directly with the person doing the job – no account managers in between. I run SEO with your business in mind and make sure users land in the right places on your site. Quality beats the number of links, texts or tasks.
I still have lots of questions.
Good – choosing an SEO agency or freelancer is not easy and a lot depends on it. If anything is unclear, just write to me. We will talk and either find common ground or not 🙂 No pressure!
