I work with every kind of content
Content optimisation that works
Content optimisation means shaping what is on your site so that it appeals both to users and to Google’s algorithms. It covers different areas of a website:
Google News
I prepare content that meets Google News requirements, which increases the chance of it appearing in Google’s dedicated news sections.
Google Discover
I help you create content that reaches Google Discover – which can mean tens of thousands of new users a month.
Category descriptions
Useful, well-optimised category descriptions for your online store. You win customers and improve sales.
Product descriptions
Unique product pages with that “something extra” that catches your customers’ attention.
Service descriptions
A removals company or a software studio – I prepare engaging, well-optimised descriptions of your services.
Guides and comparisons
Guides, comparisons and other content that genuinely helps users – and attracts new ones.

Existing content
How I make your texts more visible
I want your content to be found and read by as many people as possible. Here is what I can do with the texts you already have:
- Keyword usage – keywords where they belong, without stuffing
- Internal linking – related texts link to each other, and older posts link to newer ones
- Formatting – content shaped around what readers expect, so they stay on the page
- Google News – preparing the site and its content to appear in Google News
- Topical authority – one long text or several shorter ones? I help you decide
- Google Discover – engaging, optimised content that earns thousands of views
Content is king

Keyword cannibalisation
Removing cannibalisation and merging articles that compete for the same keywords.
Keywords
Improving existing posts in terms of keyword coverage.
Topical authority
A list of topics that support rankings for a chosen keyword.
Editorial guidelines
Guidelines for editors, including for Google News and Google Discover.

How SEO content optimisation works

8 steps
from keyword research to monitoring results
Choosing the right keywords
Every SEO strategy starts with keyword research. I choose the keywords that best match your industry, your users’ needs and your site’s goals. With tools such as Senuto, Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner I find high-potential keywords that bring traffic and improve the chance of conversions – for the Polish market as well as English-language ones.
Creating valuable content
I create content optimised for keywords, but above all valuable to people. High quality builds trust and encourages engagement. The texts are unique, engaging and answer users’ questions.
Optimising content structure
Content should be easy to read and to skim. H1, H2 and H3 headings plus bulleted and numbered lists make a text clear – and a well-built structure also helps Google’s crawlers index it.
Optimising meta tags
The meta title and meta description decide whether someone clicks your result. I write compelling titles and descriptions that also contain the right keywords.
Internal and external linking
Internal links lead users to other valuable pages and help Google understand your content hierarchy. External links to trustworthy sources can strengthen the page’s authority.
Optimising media
Images and videos need to be light and well described. I take care of file compression so the page loads faster, and of alt attributes, which also help in Google Images.
Monitoring and analysing results
After implementation I check how the pages perform, which keywords bring traffic and what changes could improve rankings. That way your content keeps up with changes to Google’s algorithms.
Adapting content for mobile devices
More and more people read on their phones, so content has to look and work smoothly on every screen. That affects both usability and rankings.
In short
Thanks to this work your site is more visible in search and gives users valuable information – which translates into more traffic, better results and more conversions.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is content optimisation the same as writing new texts?
Not always. Often the biggest gain comes from improving the texts you already have: matching search intent, keywords, headings, linking and meta tags. I prepare new content where answers to important user questions are missing.
Do you help editorial and content teams?
Yes. I prepare guidelines for editors, including for Google News and Google Discover, and support the team with new articles – through consultations and oversight.
Can you help with Polish content when we enter the Polish market?
Yes. I prepare Polish keyword research, a content plan and guidelines for translators or copywriters, and I review the Polish texts before publication – so they read naturally and match how Poles actually search, not just how the original was worded.
How long does content optimisation take?
It depends on the number of texts and their condition. I start with an analysis that produces a list of priorities – we improve the content with the biggest traffic potential first.
Do you guarantee rankings in Google?
No – and nobody honest can guarantee that. What I can promise is solid, data-driven work and clear information about what I do and why.
